Operator Management and Detail Access Menu of each Roles

This section will describe about: Operator Management screen which we will use to manage list of user in WATI and their information, also which detail menu that each role can access in WATI.

1. Operator Management Screen

This screen is available for Administrator role only. When Administrator access WATI, user can find an icon next to "Settings" menu as below:

Then click "Operator Management" from the menu.

From screen, we can file basic features of each screen for example: Search, Add Operator, See full list, Edit/Delete Operator...

1.1 Search operator:

Fill in any related information of an operator in Search field (top left of screen): First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Role. Then press "Enter" to get search result

1.2 Add Operator:

Click button "Add Operator" in top right of screen, user can fill in detail information for new user including: First Name, Last Name, Email, Password (First time login), Phone Number, Roles.

For Roles: can choose Administrator, Developer Operator.

Each role will have different view when login to WATI

If the account that we are going to create has role is Trial or Operator, it will need to assign to Team(s) accordingly. For team creating, please refer to section 3 in this part.

Email Confirmed: If tick, new user don't need to get confirmation hyperlink from email in order to login to WATI, user can login directly with the given username + password. If not tick, when user try to login to WATI first time, system will show error message "Email is not confirmed", user need to click Resend Confirmation Email, follow the hyperlink received in email to confirm email and reset password.

Phone Confirmed: If tick, user can login to WATI using phone number as login username.

1.3 Edit Operator

Click the icon at the end of each Operator --> Edit Operator

The Edit Operator Screen is similar to add new screen. Just that the email will not be editable.

2.1 Administrator Role:

Below menu will be seen by Administrator role, that is: Dashboard, Broadcast, Contacts, Team Inbox, Automation, API Docs, Settings and Operator Management

2.2 Operator Role:

Below menu will be seen by Operator role, that is: Dashboard, Contacts and Team Inbox

2.3 Developer Role:

Below menu will be seen by Developer role, that is: Dashboard, Broadcast, Automation and API Docs.

2.4 Business Manager Role:

Below menu will be seen by Business Manager role, that is: Broadcast (Broadcast History, Template Messages) and Contacts.

3 Team screen

This screen is to create Team that will be used to assign some operators into same team. The "Default Team" is a check that can only be enabled in 1 team. If the team is selected as "Default Team", once customer start chatting without any keyword routing to any team, it will be assigned to this Default Team.
