WATI Enhancement

  • Have trial acocunt with duration 7 days and allow user to upgrade account with Payment.

  • Showing attributes key and value in TeamInbox for agent to see it in same view without click into detail to see

  • Have chat widget into WATI for support: There will have "Support" icon on bottom right for user to leave question to Clare

  • Permission update for each roles in WATI:

    • ADMINISTRATOR shall be able to access: Dashboard, Broadcast, Contacts, TeamInbox, Automation, Settings, (Business Profile, Update some parts in General)

    • OPERATOR shall be able to access: Dashboard, Contacts, TeamInbox

    • DEVELOPER shall be able to access: Dashboard, Broadcast, API, Automation

  • AUTOMATION feature available:

    • Allow user to setup some keyword that bot can reply customer in advance without agent to jump in, with various reply material (text, file, image)

    • Allow user to setup some automation template message in case: not working hours, or user wait more than x minutes, customer doesn't response after 24 hours.

  • Administrator can setup change expired date for Trial Account.

  • Showing download mobile application in login page (for both iOS and Andoird)

  • Support Schedule notification push in mobile app

  • Showing operation name in WATI (both web and mobile version) for each message
